This community is ideally situated just a 6-7 minute walk to several beach accesses, shopping & numerous dining options in the heart of the fun and safe tourist/ expat town of Punta Cana, called El Cortecito. Great proximity with the Punta Cana International Airport 22 minute drive, San Juan Super mall, 16 minute drive, 9 championship golf courses just 4 - 35 minute drive away.

Welcome to my little piece of paradise! This is a new condo that's right in the heart of where all the action is. You're only 1 block away from the beach, and within walking distance of the majority of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.
Although there are only 2 bedrooms, this condo can easily accommodate 4 guests. The dinning room table also seats 6, so there is plenty of room for eating as well.

Although, this condo comes fully furnished including an ocean breeze, air conditioning is not necessary, but it is always available.

You have complete access to the entire house. In addition to the condo, you also have complete access to the swimming pool and all common areas.

Electricity is not included in the rental price. This is an EXTRA fee and will be paid at checkout. We read your meter upon your arrival, and at your departure. You pay ONLY for the electricity used.

It's also necessary to send me your flight information (airline and flight #) before your arrival. Knowing this, I can better coordinate and be prepared when you arrive and leave.
