"A wonderful relaxing beach residency community. Everthing is within walking distance or a short taxi ride or bus ride away. There is a wonder eclectic choice of restaurants to suit all taste buds and budgets. We enjoyed the local Dominican dishes. They have the best pool in the area. Love the waterfalls...they provide an excellent massage.
Pool is very safe. Perfect for families.
The 2 bedroom condo is spacious and airy. Well furnished. They thought of everything. Even a first aid kit...just in case. They have family board games...a choice of DVD movies if nothing interests you on cable TV and Free wifi.
We even have our own bbq on our balcony if we wanted to stay in and cook. The bbq in the pavilion is very well maintained and nice when gathering and sharing with neighbours."

"Complejo de apartamentos situado cerca de Playa Cortecito, moderno y funcional. Está al lado de los Grand Palladium y cerca de una zona de establecimientos cutres, muy del estilo de República Dominicana, donde la riqueza difícilmente trasciende de los complejos turísticos. Es una zona de mucho desarrollo pero sigue mostrando la misma desorganización, suciedad, y falta de seguridad típica del país, a pesar de la presencia intesificada de efectivos del Cestur."

"The complex is perfect and comfortable. The unit D5 was a nightmare. After negotiating the price for a 3 month stay the manager and owner did not make this a pleasant experience. They change the price once we got there even though we had the receipt stating the price they did not return the deposit.
Other than the money issues we found a used condom on the floor in the master bedroom and a serious case of Wood Worm in the closet in the master bedroom. They even withhold a $60.00 cleaning fee. Our suite was not cleaned when we arrived.
Other suites are much better choice and would definitely recommend them. Further avoid the property manager of Total 360 as they have no integrity or honesty. Support was non existent and service was extremely slow. Find another property manager."
