This beautiful and brand new penthouse is very well decorated and fully equipped. Located only 300 Meters to the beach and everything else is located within walking distance this penthouse is the best option for your vacation!

Please notes that electricity is not included in the rental rate. For this reason we require a cash electricity deposit of US$20 per night for weekly renters and US$350 for monthly renters. This deposit will be returned at check out minus the electricity usages.

All the restaurants, bars, markets, bakeries and the beautiful beach are located within walking distance of the condo.

Refundable cash electricity deposit of US$20 per night is require at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out minus the electricity usages. The electricity is based on consumption and it normally runs from US$10-$70 per week. We will read the electric meter together at check-in and check-out and you will have 24 hours access to it.
